  1. You might be thinking you need a traffic plan for both your store and your website/blog. Pick one to focus on and master.
  2. Next, decide if you are going to do paid advertising or free organic marketing.
  3. Create free, valuable content that will be irresistible to your ideal customer.
  4. Leverage social media: use Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook to promote the free stellar content. 
  5. Create strong CTAs (call-to-action) that link back to your website or store.

WHERE YOU MIGHT GET STUCK

  • Deciding on whether you should be focusing on getting traffic to your store or your website can be overwhelming when you need both. Pick the one that will allow you to implement your traffic plan within the next 30 days.
  • Not creating free content and resources that are irresistible to your ideal customer. Do you know what is actually irresistible to your ideal customer?
  • Not knowing how to promote on the various platforms without seeming spammy. Make sure you have a promotional plan that doesn't make you feel awkward or spammy or you'll be more resistant to implement it and even if you do implement it, you won't be able to convert the traffic as much as you would if you were confident.
